On another forum I found this link http://www.kelloggcustomleather.com/MegMag.html to an Appendix Inside the Waistband holster designed by a woman and for women. In addition to this holster they have another called the Mike for men. Both are Inside the Waistband designed for appendix carry (or crossdraw).
Reasonable gun control is hitting your target with the first shot.

I thought the Karl holster was okay. But, I would also say for the same price I think I'd rather buy a Tucker and wait for it.
