Midway has good prices but, their selection of bullets is very limited at this time. .38/.357, 9mm. 40, and .45 bullets are scarce especially hollowpoints.

Other suppliers have the same problems.

If you get Montanta Gold by the case the price is pretty good with free shipping and no sales tax. In 9mm, 124 grain that is 3750 bullets.

thanks,

It depends...

I usually deal with Grafs. They have no markup for shipping...all orders ('cept hazmat) are $4.95 S&H for ground freight. For heavy things like bullets that can be quite a savings. Midway is ok, but watch shipping. I hear they have changed their shipping policy recently, but can't vouch for them as I haven't used them in about 2 years...

Prices can vary quite a bit, especially between brands. Shop around. Cheaper than dirt, natchez, grafs, zero, montana gold, etc. are all on my bookmark list.

I used http://www.ammunitiontogo.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; a few weeks ago for some new self defense .40 ammo. They're located here in Texas and have pretty reasonable pricing, even after shipping and tax are factored into the cost.

I've been happy with Berry's bullets, prices and service for target/plinking bullets. In fact, I'm gonna' order another tumbler and some bullet boxes in the next couple of months.
