Check Cashed, waiting for PIN?

Post by sjfcontrol »

Well, the check to DPS just cleared last night, so I know DPS has received the application.

But I have a question. People here say the received their PIN via email, but I don't see on the application paperwork anywhere where I entered my email address. The packet was supplied by my instructor, not online, and I scanned an image prior to mailing. How do they know where to send the PIN, or how (and when) can I request one.

Thanks,
sjf

Welcome to the forum :tiphat:

They won't automatically send you a PIN via e-mail , it has to be requested .
But don't request it right away . give it 2 or 3 weeks.

They will send you a letter via snail-mail containing your PIN in a few weeks .

HI sjfcontrol, welcome to the forum! :tiphat: There's a wealth of information here at your fingertips and a great people to get to know.

USA1 is exactly correct. Wait a couple of weeks, then email them for your pin #.
