Dallas averages 16,000 random gunfire incidents a year.
Oak Cliff is a crime ridden neighborhood within the City of Dallas.
It has a mixture of stately homes with nice lawns, and crack dens on the
next block.

Well that's a novel concept. Kinda like a local area GPS for gunfire.
But phew. At $250,000 per square mile to implement the system, taxpayers get ready to dig deeper in your pockets.
