Deputies: 2 suspects on the run after Harris County home inv

Home invasion where the neighbor gets involved and doesn't come out on top.

From a legal standpoint, is this another Joe Horn type incident or did he have the right to act?

Something tells me there is more to this story than what is reported..........the neighbor that got shot is either their friend, drug supplier, or a drug customer (my three guesses). This is a situation where I would stay inside, call 911, and let the cops do what they're supposed to do.
