They just completed the arguments. Now it's a "wait and see" scenario.

So far the analysis that I can find is running in our favor, but not radically so.

McDonald v. Chicago. Perhaps the most important SCOTUS case that's ever been presented to them regarding our Second Amendment Rights.

If the 2nd Amendment should be incorporated against the States.

Definitely should be incorporated, like religious freedom and 4th/5th amendment rights. :rules:

Sad to see people on this board today arguing in favor of a law that says police have gun rights but ordinary citizens like teachers and doctors and electricians don't. :sad:
