I'll be headed down to San Antonio next week, and in case I have some spare time, was wondering if anyone has a favorite gun shop around there I should stop in and check out?
Current interests are generally, well, everything except black powder & CAS firearms, but right now I'm keeping an eye out for a decent Luger and perhaps some EBR accessories . . .

I like Don's @ 410 and Fredericksburg, Powderhorn at 410 & Marbach, and of course Bass Pro Shops.HankB wrote:I'll be headed down to San Antonio next week, and in case I have some spare time, was wondering if anyone has a favorite gun shop around there I should stop in and check out?

Texas Guns on Bandera Road is really nice, but they charge a premium...

Nagels on San Pedro. Don't recall exact address, but it is south of the 410 north loop, I think about 6000 block, and they have a website you can look up. Very large gunstore, lots of new and used, plus reloading, safes, holsters, hunting clothing, large selection of knives just as you walk in.
Also Dury's on I-37 and Hot Wells, northeast corner of the intersection. Also very large selection, discounts for cops and military, also has a website.
