Don Hume belt

Post by AddyLO »

I'd be interested in opinions on this belt. I now have one (just arrived yesterday) but being my first "gun belt" I have no idea if it's good or not.

I'm still waiting on my Crossbreed Supertuck (and plastic, BTW) to arrive but in my hurry to try the belt I picked up a Don Hume OWB paddle yesterday (yeah, I'm impatient). The belt works OK with it but I may have to put another hole in the belt to wear OWB holsters. It's a tad loose on the last hole. Hopefully it will be nice and snug with the Supertuck. Is it common to have two belts? One for IWB and one for OWB?

Just curious.

Adding the IWB with a pistol should add/move position about 2 holes (1.5" - 2").

I have 2 Don Hume belts(B109 L). They hold up a gun fine. On one of them the leather cracked so it looks like elephant hide.

You shouldn't have to let your belt out more than 2 holes to use IWB. So one belt of the proper size would work for IWB and OWB.
