For some reason or another, we have to Rewrite the Constitution. What would you Change?

Well the first obvious change is to edit the 2nd Amendment:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

becomes ...

The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

And yes it should be written in neon green too.

I actually would not like to see it re-written. There are not enough constitutional originalists in government. Any decision to re-write the Constitution would invite those who would like to see that pesky 2nd Amendment vanish to the table for a say in how the new document should be written.

I would MUCH rather burn out the jackals currently serving in Congress and return the nation to following the original Constitution as it is written.

I think the original document plus the BOR are good for eternity.
The problems are subsequent amendments plus bad SCOTUS decisions.
I'd suggest all subsequent amendments are deemed void pending re-passage.
