Tough Day at work

Just a long terrible day at work. I need a Drink and to go to the Range, not in that order.

I quit my job yesterday in disgust - I have the odd beer now and then, but all I want to do now is shoot some clays on Sunday

Er, was it related to that thread about your job a few months back?

I wish I could quit, I just cant do it (yet)

Yup - and I just bought a house, so you can imagine it took quite a lot to make the leap.

Andy I feel your pain, I did 21 years with a company and bought new house Nov 08 made first payment Jan 09 laid off 7 days later. Back to work in Feb new company and quit in Dec, 3 months and nothing yet except my blood preasure is down and waiting for the right gig to come along. At least my boss was understnding and did not block my unemployement claim.

s/day/week/ my job really embarassed me this week, and I think thats the final straw for me.

I pretty much dont drink for many reasons, and I almost put that aside tonight. I took a nap instead.
