Academy unadvertised sale on S&W M&P AR-15

This morning the Smith & Wesson M&P OR AR-15 was marked down from $949 to $799. Salesman told me about it Friday when I went in to take advantage of the &75.00 off coupon in their weekly ad paper. Store at Beltway 8 @ Spencer in Pasadena has two left.

I thought of CDNN as well when reading OP

I looked carefully at this CDNN advertisement. It certainly looks identical in every way to the one I bought at Academy, so it appears to be a very good deal, except for one detail.... The CDNN ad clearly states .223 Carbine. I would want to verify before jumping on this deal that this particular offering does chamber the 5.56 NATO. If it does, why isn't it in the advertisement? Otherwise it's not such a tempting offer and may give one the impression this is a "gimmick" offering. I wouldn't want to be the customer who got fooled by this ad.

Checking that Item #811003 it is in fact, the 5.56 NATO chambering, so then this is a better deal, wish I had seen it sooner!!
