Change of Address

Post by frogbones »

I will be moving soon and wonder what hoops I have to jump through to get it changed. Do I have to live there a few months before I can change it. Or is it as easy as changing the DL with the change of address. :txflag:

You can also change your drivers license online now. :woohoo
This will only hurt a little. What comes next, more so.

I did the online change of address of my driver's license and my CHL on the same day. Received the CHL in four days. Two weeks later, I still haven't received the DL. Go figure...

well I my renewal is progress and my zip code just changed. So I emailed them the correct info and made a call. I got an email today back saying its been updated. I had also gone online and changed my DL info too so it would match and I sent the CHL folks that info as well.

Id just go ahead and place a call and back it up with an email. As long as you are making the effort to make sure they have the correct info thats what is important. Plus anytime I have called they have always been helpful. They arent there to make it difficult.
