NM: Handguns are too dangerous for ... whom, exactly?

A minor teenage male "allegedly" shot and killed another teenage male in a dispute over a girl last week in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Police now say that the weapon used in the shooting was a state-issued sidearm. A state police officer reportedly was dating the mother of the alleged shooter.
