Kimber Photo Thread

Post by G.A. Heath »

Since many of us here own Kimbers, Lets show them off. I start out with my Pro Covert II and my Custom TLE II.

The tape on the bottom of the Covert II is used to identify the magazine. The magazine in the TLE II isn't marked as it is now considered a Range Mag.
How do you explain a dog named Sauer without first telling the story of a Puppy named Sig?

After i bobbed the CDP (before it was "cool" and Kimber stole the idea!) :lol:

I want to get a Govt model CDP to complete the collection but they are expensive and cant find a good deal. I had a Desert Warrior briefly and swear that was the best shooting 1911 I have ever held. Got offered a great deal to sell it so took and still regret it. You could almost just think where the bullet should go and a hole appeared there.....

This is a great thread you all. Thanks for sharing! :tiphat:

Honestly, I'd like to see another thread like this devoted to 1911's....all makes/manufacturer's.

But golly! Those's you all have are beautiful! :clapping:

There is a thread devoted to 1911's. There are over 45 pages of pictures.

Here you go: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=1617&hilit=1911+beauties" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I'd show you a picture of me wearing that, but you can't see it. ;-)
