Don't get too excited. That message doesn't have anything to do with your application. It just means the server couldn't authenticate you to the site. So, either you entered something wrong, or the server is down.

Try again tomorrow, and if it still doesn't work, then call them.

You were right, must have put the wrong year of date in.

Started freaking out before I really read what it said.

Did it read something like "due to the information you provided you may not be eligible for this service"?

Mine said that earlier today but a quick call to my "operator" fixed me up. I checked later and it said "processing application".

I might have mistyped something too, but that error code is misleading and alarming!
