Psalm 109:8 reads: Let his days be few: let another take his office.
Sorry if this is political, but I thought it was too good not to post.

Be careful what you say, they sell 50 packs.
I originally placed the link to the entire page where this was shown. Turns out some designs were inappropriate.
But look around, if they don't have what you want, I doubt anyone does.

Here's an interesting Jewish commentary on the practice of praying for the destruction of one's enemies which is also present in Christianity, though emphasized more in those churches which maintain strong Jewish ties such as the Oriental Orthodox. This is relevant in that it explains the Psalms' meaning and provides the background for the current political events conversation of the "ambiguity" over whether it is a call for other Judeo-Christian people to do him harm. It's pretty obvious that it is a prayer that God protect His people by removing their enemy, but even that is a controversial topic for some.PUCKER wrote:I've seen it, but if you take it in context, it doesn't have a good meaning, in my humble opinion. Here's a nice read on it:

The bumper sticker says Psalm 109:8. It doesn't say Psalm 109:9 or Psalm 109:8-9 or anything else the liars try to convince you. In addition, by praying and putting it in God's hands, they're not taking it into their own hands. Which would you prefer?PUCKER wrote:I've seen it, but if you take it in context, it doesn't have a good meaning, in my humble opinion. I am no fan of Obama, but I don't wish him ill either.
