Since the gun is owned by the police chief they didn't want to call it by it's proper name: Glock Semiautomatic Assault Pistol.lkd wrote:Journalists don't let the facts get in the way of a good story.JJVP wrote:I didn't know Glock made revolvers.![]()

Florida City Mayor Otis Wallace confirmed there's an internal investigation into the incident to corroborate the chief’s account.
“It’s not a good thing,” said Wallace. “It’s certainly human -- more in a realm of a mistake rather than some conscious bad act.”
I have to wonder if you or I did this, would it then be in the realm of a mistake rather than some conscious bad act. Or do only Florida City Police Chiefs make mistakes.LT

This book should be required reading for every US Citizen. I read it for my high school English class. Of course, I was too young to understand it all. One of my friends is home schooling his son and mentioned this book so I read it again last year. Good luck and have fun in your Poly Sci class.LaserTex wrote:Taking Political Science this semester and that was on the REQUIRED BOOK list. Thinking this will be an interesting course. Doug![]()
