Without question (IMHO)

if you sweat, yes.
I have worn my crossbreed when doing yard work, and the holster is soaked (on the back), but facing the weapon, nothing.

I have tried the standard C-clips, and did not like them.
First - you see the clips over the belt
Second, at least in the position I carry at, i always nicked my finger after pulling my wallet out of my pocket.

So i decided to order a Crossbreed gun belt with Velcro, (which comes with the Velcro clips as well) and thats the only way I would carry now.
the clips are hidden behind the belt, and no more nicking my finger on the C-clips

I didn't like the C-clips either. They are very strong, hard to get on & off, & I thought they would scratch (or cut) the heck out of that expensive gun belt.

Luckily, I also got the J-hooks when I ordered the holster. I like those much better.
