CrossBreed Supertuck torture test

Post by Sidro »

Put an extreme test on the Supertuck. Love it more now than I did before. Put holster on with Kimber Ultra Carry II in it at 6 tuesday morning and went to the job. So 4 hours of sleep and 76 hours later I have removed it. It is just as comfortable at the end of this time period as when I put it on.

If anyone thinks you want this holster, buy it now. Anyone that is new to carry and is a little paranoid about it, put it on and carry at least 24 hours straight and you will flat forget you are carrying. Carried tucked the whole time and no one I was around knew it.

This did not start out as a test of the holster, just a job that started out with problems and got steadily worse to the point that I could not leave. Kudos to Crossbreed.

Now I think I will have a rather stiff drink and take a nap.

I haven't worn mine nearly as long as yours for 76 hours, but even wearing something for 10-12 hours can get tiresome, but not the Crossbreed.
As a matter of fact, I have the Crossbreed (minituck - but close enough) and the Comp-Tac MTAC for my Springfield XD9sc, and I can only wear the Comp-Tac for a short time, due to the way the clips are exposed, as with the Crossbreed, all of the leather covers the Kydex as well as where the clips are at (unless you spread them way out)

I agree, the Crossbreed is an excellent holster to get for comfortable and reliable carry
