"supporting documentation for condition"

Post by jamisjockey »

Saw this box when I printed out my checklist. It says "supporting documentation for condition". I'm worried that maybe I checked something I shouldn't have when I filled out the application....?

Beat me to it. :patriot:
Thank-you for your service!

Make sure you send Member Copy 4. This will be the copy with your Character of Service--Honorable. I sent the a copy of the first page and got a letter requesting requesting the correct page.

If the State converts a right into a privilege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right with impunity. -- Shuttleworth v. City of Birmingham

Going through the online recertification, I saw the Condition material. As I recall, it asked for front and back of my drivers license to verify my "condition" as a CHL instructor. This made absolute no sense to me and after entering the application, I was not allowed back into the system to verify it. What I sent them was a copy of front and back of txdl and a copy of my instructor certificate. The license status now indicates that the application has been entered and they are waiting for documents supporting my "condition." Time alone will tell if they are satisfied with what I sent.

I e-mailed the material too. Later received a clarification that I should (as in the past) send a copy of my instructors certificate. I mailed the material including the bar code. Apparently, they choose to disrgard the e-mailed material and have not acknowleged receip of the mailed material.
