Update on TAMU Students for Concealed Carry on Campus

Post by txsccc »

This week we had our tables out 9AM-5PM each day. We recruited over 100 new members (now we have about 1,389 members), sold 110 shirts total, and even converted a few anti's. We also had our monthly meeting this week with Mr. Wisdom from [Pre-paid legal service] as our guest speaker. All in all, it was a good week with little opposition.

Those who wish to donate can do so via check or money order to the following address:

Student Organization Finance Center
Texas A&M University

All checks need to be made out to Texas A&M Students for Concealed Carry on Campus or TAMU SCCC.

We will have our tables out again the first or second week of November--we will have part 2 of our "criminals for gun free schools" protest during this time.

Because nothing says "guns on campus cause violence" like committing a little arson...

Excellent job on the recruiting and showin' the flag. :txflag:

Correctly publicized, it could go a long way toward demonstrating that only criminals oppose campus carry. :evil2:

Just wanted to say GREAT JOB!!!! I was at A&M this weekend for the game, and really enjoyed seeing all the fliers around campus. Plus, even saw a few people wearing "Students for Concealed Carry" shirts in The Zone during the game. Keep up the great work!!!

Wow !!! This Thread is under what is called an Instalanch which means lots of visability and national exposure.

Got a mention on Say Uncle also.

Oh, and one of the comments to the Say Uncle post explains the dog that the cadet has in the first picture above. I was unaware of "Reveille."
