Horrible tragedy

Whether the need is great or small, there is power in prayer, especially when God's people raise their voices together.

Horrible tragedy

Post by MoJo »

A good friend's 32 year old 8 months pregnant daughter was the victim of an apparent murder/suicide Friday. She and her husband were found shot in the head by his eight year old daughter. The sheriff's office hasn't released a final ruling on their investigation. Please remember my friend and his family in your prayers.

Mojo, What a sad sad event. I don't mean to seem morbid, but am having some difficulty understanding the details.

Did the 8 year old find them, shoot them, or was found murdered with them. I could not discern with the current wording.

We will keep all in our thoughts and prayers!

Sorry, I'm still in shock myself. The 8 year old found the bodies. They were in the same room and a gun was on the floor both were shot in the head.

How devastating! Words would never do it justice. My prayers are with the family, especially that little girl.

What a terrible burden for the child to carry and for the families of the dead.
I will never understand such things.

I pray for the Lord's comfort for the family, especially the 8 year old girl. What an indescribable tragedy.

All ready a sad situation, but as my daughter is currently 8y I am even more deeply saddened by this. I chokes me up and brings a tear to my eye just thinking about my daughter ever walking in on such a sight. I hope the girl has other family that will be able to help her.
