Rhyme

Post by rdcrags »

A wannabe cop I am not
I just don't wannabe shot
Thus I carry a weapon discreetly
So peace of mind I have got.

With your sights on center chest
Twice you your trigger you have pressed.
If two don't stop the fight,
A head-shot should set it right!

I believe the basic political division in this country is not between liberals and conservatives but between those who believe that they should have a say in the personal lives of strangers and those who do not.

There was a young dude from Nantucket
Who carried his gun in a bucket.
His gun would go "Bammo!"
'Til he ran outta ammo,
Then he'd lock back the slide and he'd chuck it.

There once was an old man from Grapevine
Who loved to drink cheap red wine
One night he was walking to visit Wild Bill
when he tripped and hit his head on the grill
Since his neighbors despised him, they thought it was just fine

Can us old gals get in on this too? :biggrinjester:

There was a young man from Japan
Who had never held guns in his hand
'Til his new friends at college
Helped him broaden his knowledge
And he's now an American!

(true story.... after taking Yoshi out shooting for his first time a few years ago, he decided he wanted to legally immigrate to the US and he's now in WA making a more than adequate living in his chosen field. And scheduling regular range trips, from what I last heard. )

All guns have at least two safeties. One's digital, one's cognitive. In other words - keep the digit off the trigger until ready to fire, and THINK. Some guns also have mechanical safeties on top of those. But if the first two don't work, the mechanical ones aren't guaranteed. - me

There once was a young man named Jock
who made his living selling stock
When a loud noise awakened him one night
he saw a bad guy and jumped up to fight
and dispatched him with a single shot from his Glock.

There once was a man named Kevin
Who thought he had died and went to Heaven
Because when he opened his eyes
Much to his surprise
He spied a 1911

There once was a young lady from Dallas
who went by the name of Alice.
One night things didn't go so well,
and it turned out to be a night from hell,
that's finally why she got her CHL.

There was a young man who turned twenty-one
when he bought his first handgun
He was in heaven
when he bought his .357
because he knew he couldn't be out done.

There once was a man named Lee
who shot himself in the knee
He was playing with his gun and dropped it
and then foolishly tried to stop it
that's how he had his ND.

One day I was driving in the sticks
somewhere along Route 66
I was thirsty and spotted a store
So I pulled in and started through the door
But I didn't finish, cuz it was posted 30.06
