Probably a dumb question.
So, I'm about to mail my packet tomorrow and I have a question:
Does either the "blue" checklist or the "pink" checklist need to get sent with it? They aren't listed on the "checklist" but I thought I'd ask.

Short and sweet...No!

Let me rephrase, The dedicated number on the app, I believe on the top of the page, unless they have changed the app in the last year.

Re: Probably a dumb question.
On the form entitled "Concealed Handgun Licensing Online Application Checklist", the number with the bar code. This is assuming you did the online application.Winchster wrote:FL450 wrote:I didn't mail in the check list, but be sure to make copys if you havnt already done so and write your CHL number printed on the app on every supporting document.

Also, it says to include the checklist.
Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence. - John Adams
Re: Probably a dumb question.
Yea, I've heard of this number but none of my forms have "# xxxxx" on them anywhere other than the Form# telling you which form it is.FL450 wrote:Let me rephrase, The dedicated number on the app, I believe on the top of the page, unless they have changed the app in the last year.

Re: Probably a dumb question.
There is no longer an application number on the printed application.
