I'll be joining you guys in a few days...Took the class on Sat and go figure my next day off is on Friday! Still need to get some details from a few courts about traffic arrests. I'll be mailing it out on Friday.
Anyway...Can I ask for a favor? Stop calling the DPS! I worked in customer service for years and all I know is that the more you complain...the longer I'm taking to help you. They say 60 days....call after 60 days. I just know they are sitting at their desks saying after every phone call..."send him/her to the bottom of the stack!" and they look like this too -->
<---this guy isn't goin' to the bottom!

Not bad advice at all.

The 2 times I called the ladies were very helpful and didn't seem to mind at all. Of course I was not complaining, I was politely asking questions.

Same here - they were very cordial and happy to help. No complaints from me(not anymore at least - those first 30 days were brutal).
