Now: 194 lbs
Goal: 165 lbs
Acceptable: 170-175lbs.

Waist 34-36, goal 30-32.

Weight loss strategy: No sugar, sweetener only. less bread. More soup and salad. AND smaller portions.

Jan 31: still stuck at 192. No work out. :(

At 208 (was 200 before holidays)

Need to get to at least 180.

For those that have never tried it, check out the paleo-zone method of eating. You can lose about 20lbs/month and it is healthy as all get out. You won't go hungry.

I'll have to check it out...looks like a decent diet compared to Atkins. Thanks!

The CrossFit gym I was a member of used to take us on shopping trips and so us tricks. I've got some .PDFs about it too.

During the day, I would eat sliced lunch meat (you can have the deli bag it separately by weight - pre portioned), apples, almonds, jerky, cucumbers, and broccoli. There are many other things to eat, but I found those easier and forgiving to my schedule. Plus I had to be able to keep it in my car at work. Having a fridge at work would simplify it.
