do all Houston news journalists have the same uneducated style? That was really hard to follow.

I believe the basic political division in this country is not between liberals and conservatives but between those who believe that they should have a say in the personal lives of strangers and those who do not.

I think it was a lot of quoting of someone who spoke very broken English. It is hard to follow in writing, but I can actually picture the guy, and hear him talking like that in a thick accent. Of course, I live just outside of Houston in an area where Mexicans make up a large portion of the population.

yep, I understand the lingo part fine, just the way the story was structured was hard to follow.
