Pray with me Bears fans

Post by Griffen »

Papa, Who art a Bear,
Hallowed be thy fame,
Thy championship come,
Thy play be run, at home as it is away,
give us this day our Sunday win,
and forgive us our turnovers,
though we pounce on those who turnover against us, and lead us not into
fourth and long, but deliver us from Rodgers.
In the name of Ditka, Butkus & the Holy Payton.
As it was in 1985, so shall it be in 2011, reign without end.

Sorry, but I'll pass. "rlol"

I heard this week that the Annointed One will be planning to come to DFW on the tax payers dime if the Bears win. God only knows how much more tax dollars that will cost with the amount of "minion help" he will require to do so.

Let's please keep Dear Leader in DC this February. :patriot: :smilelol5:

In Matthew 6: 19-21 we have: “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
There is an afterlife - what we do here matters!

If they lose the championship.
Will they lose their right arms? Or will they at least still have the right bears arms to keep?
I heard somewhere the team playing against the Bears is "PACKIN'"
I'm confused :headscratch :confused5

I hear ya... I'm not sure why he picked Chicago to call home. Maybe 'cause Indonesis, Kenya, and Hawaii don't have a pro team, and Pittsburgh, NY, and Green Bay don't want him. Hmmm....

I'm a Vikings fan first and foremost, but this kid is fun to watch and I hope he gets his moment in the limelight!

Pray that Jay Cutler's teammates don't hurt him after that lame stunt he pulled with his knee injury...

The Packers beat Chicago. I hope that's an omen for gun rights in 2011.
I believe the basic political division in this country is not between liberals and conservatives but between those who believe that they should have a say in the personal lives of strangers and those who do not.

Lon Burnam would probably try to close the loophole by introducing a bill to call the bear claws "illegal knives" or maybe "prohibited weapons" if they're retractable like a switchblade.

Based on his legislative history, I wouldn't be surprised if he also banned the pastry.
