Odessa: Theft in the night time shooting

An Odessa resident who had been a victim of theft and vehicle break-ins several times allegedly shot at people who were allegedly breaking into his vehicle (yet again) Friday morning before sunrise.

One of the shootees has no more worries in this world. Two more are in custody.

The defender has not been charged, though the writer of this web site article seems aghast that criminals work under such unsafe conditions:
