I originally started to do the on line application and decided not to do it on line and mailed it in instead. When I go on line to check the status of my application it tells me I have an unfinished application and directs me to the incomplete application. I mailed it in on February 22 and it was received and signed for on February 24. Do you think I messed up?

No, I don't think you messed up, but you won't be able to check the status of your paper application online as long as you have an incomplete online application pending.

If you give DPS a call on Monday, they may be able to purge that from the system.
