Man Shot in Angleton after Opening Front Door

When a 69-year-old man answered a knock on his door at 10PM last night he was shot in the chest. Three suspects ran away. Police have no leads. The man was taken to the hospital where he died.

Also, if you don't have a security camera, you can add a peephole to a door for a few dollars.

This just in - Three men were arrested for the home invasion in Angleton where Guadalupe Garcia was shot and killed. Justin Wilson, 18, is charged with murder and aggravated robbery. Kenneth Anthony, 17, is charged with aggravated robbery. An unnamed 15-year-old is charged with burglary of a habitation.

Two of the three men are suspects in another home invasion robbery.

Unless the older one told the DA that the other two had no prior knowledge of the firearm before he used it, the other two would normally also be charged with murder. I wonder if they made a plea deal to testify against the 18 y/o?

The DA can add additional charges or amend them at anytime.
