Aaron Tobey is suing for civil rights violations when he was held for 90 minutes. He refused to go through the x-ray at the Richmond International Airport. When he took off his shirt it was revealed that he had the an abbreviated version of the 4th Amendment written on his chest. He was detained for disorderly conduct. The charges were dropped two weeks later.
