I bought this gun very recently and I only have 215 rounds thru it. The grip is just too big for my hands. I tried to make it work, but I have rather small hands, and the grip is just too big...
I had the same issue when years ago when I switched from a HK USPc9 to an HK USpc45. That slightly extra forward length of the grip for the longer 45 caliber bullet is just enough to make the grip exceed what I find comfortable. I'll just have to stick with 9mm semi autos, except for the 1911 design.
Anyway - A little about the cougar: Beretta previously made the Cougar series of handguns. Beretta owns Stoeger, and they transfererd the manufacturering equiment to Stoeger, and now you can get the COugar series of handguns again (so, essentially, it is a Beretta, as it is made on all Beretta tooling).
The gun works 100%. And, as stated above, only fired 215 times since getting it last month. Gun comes with factory case (see photo) and the two 8 round factory mags.
