Take her hand in hand to every little shop in Wimberly. Shop shop and more shop. Don't stay outside with your smart phone and write emails. Stay with her and examine everything she wants to look at. Be sure to buy her some of the things she finds. Then a romantic dinner at one of the many fine restaurants in Wimberly. Then time for bed.68Charger wrote:So my gf and I are going to Wimberley for a bed & breakfast.. thing. I have never been to that neck of the woods nor do I know what to do there. It's purdy much in the middle of nowhere. No idea what to do. I don't even know if they have TV there. Sigh..

If there is a TV unplug it. Most BandB's don't have TV's.
Next morning a nice breakfast at the BandB, then a day trip to the outlet mall in San Marcos for more shopping.
Have fun.

Saw a few hats in those stores when I was there that I wanted but couldn't decide on one so I blew it off. However, the wife found her one of those cowgirl straw hats when we were there. The Annoyed Man wrote:I bought the hat in my avatar from an antique store just off the Wimberly town square. Nice little town.
Thanks for the post 68Charger. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay.68Charger wrote:Thanks again for the recommendations. I stayed for 3 days, 2 nights. Was awesome. We didn't do much at all. All in all, 9/10. Would be 10/10 if it weren't for the bloody weather. :)
