I had not seen that forum B4, but it looks great. I added it to my favorite places for future reference.

I'm a competitive BBQ'er and teach a basic BBQ class, here in Waco. I read many forums and was very active while I was building my pit.

Why are you scratching your head? Do you think that guys [particularly Texans] are born knowing the lore and secrets of BBQ?
