Carry on Corps of Engineers land in Ohio

Post by austin-tatious »

A bill has been introduced in Ohio. 1. Will they pass it? 2. Won't the Corps refuse to follow it since Federal law trumps state law in situations like this?

U.S. Rep. Bob Gibbs is the Author ... in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Contact your U.S. Representative to co-sponsor it ... It's the U.S. Congress ... not a State law.
See other thread

If passed, it's Nationwide, Texas too.
