Class Notification Form
New Instructor... Has anyone ever forgotten to send in the class notification form? I forgot and was wondering if I just need to send in after the class. Thanks.... It won't happen again :)
Re: Class Notification Form
Just send it in after the class it's OK. I had a guy call me that needed a renewal ASAP. We did the class that afternoon I mailed the notification the next day and the completion day after.

Re: Class Notification Form
I always email my notification forms (though signed completion form is sent by mail). When I've had a short-notice class, I just add a brief note in the email explaining. It's never been a problem.
I suspect this would only be a problem if it is done habitually, because it could appear that you are trying to deny DPS the opportunity to audit your class.

Re: Class Notification Form
What email address are y'all sending it to? I sent it to the one on the bottom of the PDF form and I got a reply back from the postmaster directing me to email form. The form looked to be for general questions and comments and not for class notification.

Use the instructor email address you were given in class (which I will not repeat here).

I wish they would update the PDF form on the website.
