1911A1 Grip resource needed

Perhaps someone on this board could assist me. I am looking for a resource to manufacture a set of 1911 grips for me, using some Red Stag horn that I provide. I have looked on the internet and although there are many resources that will make you a set, they provide the material. I do understand why, but perhaps there is a Texican that could assist me? Thanks...
