A Proposal for Dallas Area Forum members

Post by Commander »

There are a number of forum members in the Dallas area that like to shoot on a regular basis. Would there be sufficient interest to establish a regular date, time and location for a monthly shoot? That way, we'd know that, say the second Saturday of the month, forum members meet at a certain range to shoot and visit with each other.

Thoughts?

This might be fun. I'd be up for it, especially since I've had to back out of the last planned meet.

I'd also be up for that. Sounds like a great way to make new friends.

Also a chance to look at, handle and possibly shoot other guns that I may not normally get a chance to do...like, oh I don't know,
a S&W 6946 for example, if someone happens to have that gun! :smilelol5:

Exactly!!

Since meeting up with Cyphur & S&W6946, I now have people to call on when I want to go plinkin.
S&W bought his XD cause he got to handle mine and decided that it was a nice platform to shoot. That alone could save you hundreds of dollars from buying a future 'Safe Queen' because you find out you really don't like the grip, recoil, takedown, etc...

I'm in!

Count me in! I'm always up for some shooting - and one cannot have enough friends with similar interests.

A set time and date every month would be excellent!

Sure,
I'm just not able to get away and drive 300 to 400 miles or more to go to a meeting/shoot.
Something local (<150), You bet I'd be interested.

Don't know how regular but I'd be interested. That way y'all would have someone to out shoot.

I'd be interested, my days off vary but I'd try to make it when I could.

And Reysc, I'd go for that too.
