Decided to sell this neat little pocket pistol. It's a Smith & Wesson First Model Third Issue, these were only offered in .22 short and hold seven cartridges. Pistol is in great mechanical condition, locks up tight, cylinder in time and appears that it would fire even though I have chosen to never fire it. Bore and Cylinders are dark. As to the finish there is some pitting on the cylinder, small portion of the frame and some surface rust near the end of the barrell( not too bad for being over 100 years old). I think one of the previous owners refinished the grips and possibly polished the rest of the pistol.
Since this is considered a antique no FFL is necessary.
Prefer FTF in the Galveston to Baybrook area, but will ship on your dime

If guns kill people, then pencils misspell words.
