Should they call 911 if they see a policeman in uniform? I mean it might be a fake uniform a police impersonator ... I think we should all call 911c every time we see a police car too ... might be fake ...

Students raised the alarm that there might be a gunman on campus and the Department of Public Safety took action by placing all of the campus buildings in a shelter-in-place alert status.
According to a statement by Vice President of Public Affairs, Victor Nakas, the policeman was seen inside Centennial Village.
