Looking to sell a PACA level IIIa concealable vest, rated for up to 44 magnum. Only worn twice, was doing volunteer police work and no longer doing that. Has been on shelf for about a year and a half. Comes with spare carrier. Size 48R, model number RTHD3A. These usually go for 700-800 new.
