Re: Good results with Power Pistol-9mm and 45 ACP
Well done.
Are you sizing your bullets or shooting them "as cast"?
I cast the Lee .356-124 TC as well. What size do your bullets drop? What do they weight? Are you using wheel weights or something else?

I size them with the Lee .356 sizer and then I use the Alox. Also, I shooting from a S&W M&P 9c (3.5" barrel) and a S&W M&P (midsize) 45 ACP (4" barrel).

Re: Good results with Power Pistol-9mm and 45 ACP
i've had good results w PP also:
147gr lead TC from Dardas
4.2, 4.6, 4.8 grains
at 1.130, 1.135, and 1.150" (1911 for long ones)
CCI and wolf primers
various brass
lyman manual lists 4.6 as max... so check your loads.
run fine in Kahr cw9, taurus 24/7, and 9mm 1911.
i think Ill use 4.2 for all around loads for all semi autos.
also 158gr lead .38 spc
5.9, 5.6, 5.3 grains PP
forgot oal but medium crimp in the groove.
cci primers
various brass
above loads shoot well but feel super HOT, HOT, and hot for a .38 and vs my bullseye 3.8 gr loads.
shoos well in s&w 64
aliant lists loads as 6.0 gr for +P max...
I'll probably end up trying 4.9 next.
180gr lead from dardas .40 S&W
6.1 & 5.8 gr PP
1.128" oal
cci
various brass
both shoot well in a G22 and G23 (yes, lead in a glock!) with minmal leading so far
147gr lead TC from Dardas

at 1.130, 1.135, and 1.150" (1911 for long ones)
