Does anyone hear know anything about this? It seems like an internet story. I found nothing in a search of the TexasCHLforum archives.

I'm no lawyer. I start with a sceptic eye with something like this, sounding a bit conspiritorial. The books and verbiage described do exist. I won't attempt (too much) to interpret them. I read a bit of it and it sounded alot like government documents outlining the concepts we have heard over the years dealing with nuclear non-proliferation and nuclear disarmament treaties with the USSR etc. I won't speculate on an orerarching push towads the direction of a one world army etc.

PL 87-297 established the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. It exists within the US State Department with the goal of reducing nuclear and biological/chemical weapon proliferation among all countries. It is not an attack on the military or the second amendment.

Ya know - it's a wonder that some of these conspiratorial folks heads don't explode...
