Sources for Dispute Resolution Part

I'm working on my presentation for this part of the course and am not finding a long of good source material to pull from. Any recommendations on good books, websites, videos to pull from? Most of the other three sections are all based on information I already know a good bit about and are are popular internet topics. I've been really struggling with the conflict resolution part.
