What's the trick to getting these to print correctly in booklet form? I have Acrobat, the full version, and I can tell it to print as a booklet, but it prints each page too small, leaving large margins on the sides and print that's too small.

I know the old CHL-16 had the 5.5x8.5 text on 8.5x11 pages, creating the large margins. You had to crop the pages before using the booklet printing feature.
The new CHL-16 has correctly-sized 5.5x8.5 pages, so it printed correctly for me with booklet printing.
