American Solidarity

Post by Oldgringo »

Let's All Of Us Get Along!!!

There is less than a year until the election, an election that will decide the next President of the United States. The person elected will be the president of all Americans, not just the Democrats or the Republicans.

To show our solidarity as Americans, let's all get together and show each other our support for the candidate of our choice. It's time that we come together, Democrats, Independents, and Republicans alike.

If you support the policies and character of the Republican party, please drive with your headlights on during the day.
If you support Obama, please drive with your headlights off at night.

Me too. Of course, its sublety/sarcasm may be lost on some while others may be supporters of the current POTUS. You just can't ever tell.

I heard that, due to the expected voter turnout this year, they were going to break up the voting. Those voting Republican were to vote on Tuesday, Nov. 6, and those voting Democratic were to vote on Wednesday, Nov. 7th.

...some folks get it...some folks will still vote for the village idiot... look forward to the whole campaign being about what Bush did...

...instead of about what HE's done...

That's odd, I heard the GOP Convention was going to be postponed. They're still looking for a candidate that isn't certifiably bug-eatin' crazy.
