How to print CHL-8 form

I can't seem to figure out how to print off the CHL-8 form from the spreadsheet Charles made up.

I can't seem to highlight the cells to set the print area. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

You can turn off the spreadsheet protection, then set the print area. I'll set it as the default print area and upload another version when I get home. That way you can leave the spreadsheet protection on.
