Took the course on 1/7
Fingerprints on 1/10
Mailed paperwork on 1/12
Plastic arrived on 2/4

*and* I'm a furriner who just spent 10 years in the peoples socialist republic of Kalifornia.

Seriously - you guys have an awesome state here.
