Standard liberal operating procedure. Rules are for little people like you and I. They're too smart, so they don't have to follow the rules like the peasants do.

The need for personal security, including an assistant who carried a concealed weapon in Washington, D.C., despite very strict gun laws in the city, left Brock "terrified" that he would anger George Soros, a big source of funding for MMFA and a gun control advocate, a source told the Daily Caller.

:iagree:

It's not simply about who has money or not...its about arrogant elitism...those that feel they are better than others with no good reason for it. And those types at Media Matters are certainly in that group of folks.

Ridiculous. I'm constantly amazed at how many people are either brainwashed or willingly deceived by these hypocrites. It's as if reason means nothing to them, or maybe just doesn't apply to them...

While I agree with your statement, I don't think the "rules are for the little people" aspect is limited to Liberals, though I admit that they seem to grab it with relish. The GOP "establishment" is equally guilty of both the thinking and the failure to act to correct the problem. For example, travesties like the Capital barbershop and pharmacy are shared by both parties. The insider trading that is going on in Congress is shared by both parties, too - with impunity. You and I would be in jail, just like Martha Stewart.
